Open Question: Drawing program for mac?



   i have a mac and i was looking for a good animation/drawing/photo manipulating program that i could download from the internet for free.
i'm trying to use this for coloring some sketches i'll scan into my computer (trying to make one of those anime cartoons)
help please?
